I recently discovered that I enjoy writing in purposefully obtuse run-on sentences with lots of misplaced and superfluous punctuation and decided to use that as a means of writing blog posts in the hope that form would prevail over content and make my mind meanderings seem much more winning than they otherwise are; conversely, it seems to make them all the more tedious. Nonetheless, I persist.

Also. I know the footnotes are cheating, but I could feel myself losing control of the parentheticals rather quickly and they seem a decent compromise, no?
